Just wanted to express appreciation from my entire family for the hard work that Nichole and the rest of the staff did on our behalf. Nichole even arranged to have the body returned to Good Shepherd so his daughter (who arrived too late) could say goodbye. It was a very nice memorial for my brother. Nicole went above and beyond helping my family. She was very patient with all the services. I could call her early morning or late evening and she would respond. We started to wonder if she every got any sleep. But as a professional that she is, we figured she will sleep when the customer is happy and she does an awesome job at making sure the grieving family is happy. Good Shepherd is very friendly and makes sure you feel so welcomed. I'd recommend that any family allow Good Shepherd to arrange the homegoing of their loved one. The services could not have turned out any better.

Earlier this month my Step Father passed away and my mother chose Good Shepherd to handle the final arrangements, it may have been the best decision she could have made during her most severe time of grieving. The entire staff were extremely professional and compassionate in all there dealings with my mother and made the event less painful. I would personally like to thank Mike (the owner) for working with me in getting all the technical matters handled, this allowed my mother the opportunity to find her peace in her loss without having to stress over issues out of her control. Although I'm in no rush to utilize Good Shepherd again, if an event should occur, Good Shepherd will be my first choice.
